International Delight!

What to do when the salad goes bad and that’s what you planned for dinner?  I improvised with what was in the fridge.  I took coins of French bread, dotted it with A1, crumbled it with garlic & herb feta, and sprinkled it with shredded Parmesan. A true international quick fix. And it’s a good thing I snapped the pic when I did because I tripped coming up the stairs and some of them became casualties of hunger war!
